Items will be shipped to the address listed at checkout, so please ensure this is correct. If items are sent to the incorrect address it is the buyers responsibility and no refund will be given.
There may be times when an item is out of stock. We will contact you immediately via email to advise approx. time until your item will be shipped or offer some alternatives.
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your goods.
Once we have provided you with tracking we take no responsibility for lost parcels.
Refunds and Returns

We offer refunds, exchanges or store credit, at our discretion, within 30 days of receiving products purchased if they are faulty. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing.
