Sunny+Finn is designed in Australia, mostly along the East Coast or wherever our travels take us. Our products are handmade with love and shipped from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.
We offer free shipping for all orders within Indonesia and for all international orders above AUD$200.
For orders below that a flat rate of $12AUD applies.
We use DHL EXPRESS as reputable international freight company.
All customers will receive a tracking number once their order has left our Bali warehouse.
A shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number issued, giving you the possibility to check the current delivery status of your order. For domestic and international orders, you can log on to www.dhl.com/track to track your package.
Whilst we make our transition to our overseas warehouse, some items may be shipped from our Australian warehouse. You will receive tracking confirmation which will advise of which carrier has been used.
Note: DHL does not ship to PO Box, therefore present a residential address, providing a signature upon delivery of your order.
We endeavor to pick, pack and ship your purchases within 24-48 hours of order placement.
For international shipping 3 to 7 working days after your order has been sent.
For domestic (within Indonesia) shipping time varies between 2 and 5 working days
Orders placed on Fridays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day.

CUSTOMS AND TAX
Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
Customs taxes may or may not apply to you. Sunny+Finn cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy. However, all customs procedures will be taken care of upon leaving the country of origin to ensure timely delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as a payment penalty may occur from customs to release your goods.
Can I have a refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?
If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to customers.
All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.
Sunny and Finn is not reliable for any damage caused during the shipping and handling by 3rd parties of the ordered items.
